Responsible for coordinating IAS efforts in Qatar. During 2014 and 2015 began spending more time in the Gulf with over three months total in the region in 2015. Starting in August 2015 began working with ASHGHAL in Doha as IAS Liaison and am now dedicated to serving the IAS program in Qatar. Duties for NYC and Philadelphia were still in duty description, but serving Qatar was the priority.

Technical Expert assessing Special Inspection Agencies for accreditation (ISO/IEC 17020/AC291) to work on projects under the NYC Building Codes.Accreditation work also included Testing Laboratories (17025), Inspection Bodies (17020), Product Certification Agencies (17065) across the US and Canada, Turkey, The Bahamas, Panama and the Middle East.
