MCaaS Team Deployment Project Manager, responsible for facilitating interaction with ISP carriers, circuit ordering and delivery, equipment installation, test and turn up, followed by service monitoring coordination between the NOC and end users for many projects, totaling in over approximately 180 sites. Due to new development of the MCaaS Team, I played an instrumental role with creation of project management processes, and documentation.

As an Onboarding and Deployment Project Manager, I oversee the implementation process for complex multi-site digital signage installation projects (qty 100+) for universities, medical facilities and military bases, ensuring proper training, technical support, and post implementation support is provided to our customers while adhering to the customer set timeline and milestones.

As one of two lead Customer Project Managers, I was responsible for providing training to "new hire" project coordinators on products and processes, as well as assisted in the development of new procedures for installation and implementation of new complex Ethernet based network solutions. Meanwhile, I was also responsible for management of approximately 120 simultaneous projects for multi-site customers with the installation process of complex Ethernet based network solutions.

During my time as Program Specialist with the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE), I was the single point of contact for Florida's constituents that had questions or concerns regarding tobacco, alcohol, and drug use prevention educations, bullying, discipline, and safety for the entire Florida public school education system, on behalf of the Commissioner of Education and the Governor of the State of Florida. It was also requested that I serve as the FLDOE representative on the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's Missing Children's Advisory Board. In this capacity, I provided reviews and critiques of child abduction prevention programs that were potentially going to be incorporated in to the Character Education program. Planning and execution of the annual Florida Missing Children's Day Ceremony held at the state's capitol building.
