Significant investment was made in a new lending system (Lendfast – Sandstone) to further digitise our business and lending processes. In this role I acted as a conduit between all lenders across 15 Sydney branches and the Lending Transformation Project Team to ensure the best possible experience for our people and members. While embedded in the business (and maintaining my management role at Oran Park), I provided training, support and coaching to lead change delivery.
