Currently working at marine (cruise ship building) industry at Hotel Design Department as Head of Group leading Hotel systems group including lighting-, safety-, data- and entertainment design teams.I am enthusing of leading people and building organization culture which gives people chance to give best outcome for company and still be happy and satisfied worker. Continuously improving my leading skills.I have over 16 years experience of mobile phone industry R&D including RF and antenna design, measurement and manufacturing issues. Several mobile phone projects experience during Nokia and Microsoft work years. Co-operated with several antenna suppliers at manufacturing, testing and quality issues. Lot of experience about Asian business culture and production issues.I have lot of experience about computer aid electrical design work for new building and renovated houses using different software like CADS and MagiCaD. Familiar with KNX. I have S1 electrical safety sertificate.I use several electrical and mechanical design software: CST, AutoCAD, MagiCAD, CADS and SolidWorks.
