Co-organization of the yearly Young Investigator Symposium specifically for young investigators (PhD students, post-docs) and young physicians in training doing research within the field of lung diseases in the Netherlands.

At the pulmonology department (Dr. Stadhouders lab) I set up a new research line to investigate the immune epithelial cross-talk in adult Cystic Fibrosis (CF) by exploiting organoid and epithelial cell cultures.Together with PhD students I also investigated the presence and function of type 2 cytokine producing T cells and ILC2s in asthma (mouse) models.
