Envlant - A portmanteau of "Enhance" and "Envolant" (French: To take flight). Our mission is to help and support businesses in their digital transformation journey. Founded by Felix Tang and as a seasoned supply chain professional specializing in digital transformation and change management, the aim is to provide consultancy services to small businesess (MSMEs) on digitizing their operations.A key highlight was the support for the local business community during the COVID-19 pandemic, by providing pro-bono consulting to small business owners (in particular, small retailers, hawkers and F&B operators) on learning and leveraging on various digital tools and technologies to sustain their business.

DiaperDad.SG (DDSG) is a social initiative that I founded in 2016. The project started when I decided to document my journey as a Stay-At-Home-Dad (SAHD), caring for my first-born diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease. My aim was to support working Dads that are looking to become effective and involved parents to their young children.The program evolved in 2021 when I also found myself as the primary caregiver to his disabled elderly parents, whilst managing his growing young family and his career.Our objective is to provide guidance and coaching to those who resonate with the "sandwiched" generation; adults who bravely shoulder the responsibility of being caregivers to both their elderly parents and their own family.Key responsibilities as Founder:1. Develop overall product strategy of DDSG as a support channel service to sandwiched generation parents.2. Formulate content media and marketing strategy.3. Engagements to build partnerships, creating a support network infrastructure that can be easily accessed and tapped on as part of go-to-market (GtM).Key Achievements (v1.0):- Developed an operational "How-To" playbook specifically designed for the Dad mindset, allowing them to be able to better managing various situations in parenting.

Supported by IFC, UNDP and MAS, the SME Financial Empowerment (SFE) is an open education programme for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to build foundational digital financial literacy and a good understanding of essential financial services to thrive in the growing digital economy.Achievements:1) Developed and launched digital platform within 4 months from inception to go-live.2) Scaled to 3 program tracks to cater to the varied digital maturity levels of MSMEs.3) Closed key partnership agreements in Africa and Southeast Asia for building the support network and driving digital financial inclusion and increasing utility value.4) Success stories in Ghana and the Philippines, with MSMEs getting their first digital bank accounts and/or quicker access to loans (via the Proxtera Network).
