I implement and execute regional strategies pertaining to Intellectual Property ("IP") asset protection, parallel importation and anti-counterfeit enforcement actions.As a Senior Specialist, I analyze and review various IP laws, trends and policies within the APAC region, advising on regulatory compliance and legal capability for each jurisdiction on competition (anti-trust), trade mark and copyright laws and applicable infringement actions. Clients under my representation on the IP front, range from French and Italian luxury brands to Singapore heritage chain of eateries. Prior to my stint in IP practice, I have led corporate law (drafting and vetting of agreements) and Corporate Secretarial practice in a Singapore-based firm through the preparation of complex resolutions and holding of Annual General Meetings including being on board all advisory matters rendered to both local and multinational corporations in the aviation, energy, trade and healthcare industries. Criminal and commercial litigation were my other former areas of practice.At the other end of my experience spectrum, I have assisted my former clients in strategizing their tangible asset management through the preparation of their Wills and advising on matter pertaining to mental capacity and contingency care arrangements.
