I'm a patent litigation attorney focusing primarily on the electronic hardware and software fields, primarily representing accused infringers. While I practice in all of the major patent litigation forums, I have particularly extensive experience in IPR practice before the PTAB and in Section 337 Investigations before the ITC. I’ve found that litigation and poker have a lot in common. They both involve sitting indoors and are far more glamorous on television than in real life.
