Continued the Peer legacy by building internal feedback, performance, and other productivity tools at Twitter which became the inspiration behind Cleary.

Peer enabled powerful, positive and constructive real time feedback at work, with a focus on user delight and engagement. Peer was acquired by Twitter in April 2016.As a founding team member with George Hu (COO of Twilio, formerly COO of Salesforce) I was involved in every aspect of the company from day 1, including engineering, product management, recruiting, fundraising, team management, customer support, and interfacing with clients. Major accomplishments include: • Built out engineering team to 10 people, recruiting top engineers with backgrounds from MIT, Google, Carnegie Mellon, Yelp, Cornell, Berkeley, etc• Architected all backend APIs• 100% unit test and integration test coverage • Maintained feature parity across Web, iOS, and Android• Completed successful beta program pilots with multiple companies before we got acquired
