My role here as Senior Manager, Business Solutions Lead provided a leadership bridge as the IT organization underwent significant change. I shepherded several teams through a Waterfall-to-Agile transformation, focused on maintaining communications to key partners and players in the organization. As teams came up to speed on the new tools and technologies, I designed supporting processes and methodologies to ensure customer needs were being heard and expectations were managed and met on all sides. Over the course of my time with these teams I was able to forge relationships with all levels of the organization and develop partnerships with key players to break down harmful silos and facilitate successes previously unseen.
