New Business Account Manager

Supporting the development of Nurture Groups for RBWM schools. Small group and 1-1 work, supporting students referred to the Behaviour Support team. Collaborating with Educational Psychologists regarding cases. Supporting schools to develop behaviour management policies. Supporting teachers and SENCO's in assessing and planning for individual and whole class needs.

As one of a team of three managers I was responsible for training and management of two or three regional campaigns at any given time. This involved up to ten teams, totaling around 50 of the regions 150 employees. I completed induction training, on site training and observations as well as performance management and disciplinary procedures as necessary. I started in Linn Moor Residential School as a Support Worker and was promoted to Senior Support Worker. I spent a little over two years assisting the class teacher to plan and implement highly individualised learning and assessment whilst also managing a team of support staff within the classroom.
