• Technical Project Manager supporting the design, implementation, training, and management of Biometric Identification Program for the demobilization, recruitment, and training of the Armed forces of Liberia (AFL) to support the U.S. Department of State’s West African Peacekeeping Mission.• Project Manager for IT and Communication planning, installation and support for the rebuilding of Liberian Military bases at Barkley Training Center (BTC), Sheffield and Voice of America (VOA) bases.• Provided leadership and training of 44 Liberian technical support staff in biometric system operation, support and proper biometrics data capture techniques. Information used for AFL recruit records database.• Directed all Operational and Project Management support for installation and maintenance of VSAT local area networks, business applications, VOIP phones, Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and CCTV for business, residential compounds, Liberian Minister of Defense Headquarters and Recruit Processing Centers.• Establish and manage all procedures and processes for IT system administration, IT procurement and logistics, user access, security, incident and problem management.• Acknowledged for establishing and managing a high-performance team sharing common vision and goals and minimizing employee turnover.• Designed, developed and implemented the Applicant Information Management System (AIMS) database to allow the new Liberian government to track all recruits once new government is established.• Directed IT staff in the planning, installation, configuration and support of network infrastructure, telecommunications and peripheral equipment to deliver voice and data services to users.• Established an internal Adult English Language Literacy program for Liberian DynCorp employees.• Promoted to IT Communications Manager.
