Lloyd is the West Region Private Equity Leader for RSM US LLP, As the West PE practice leader, Lloyd leads his team to develop growth strategies to serve PE firms and their portfolio companies, across all lines of business and industries in the firm’s 11 offices in the west, with a focus on the Bay area and Southern California. The industries include consumer products, industrial products, technology, financial services, health care, financial institutions and real estate. The West PE practice provides services to over 300 PE clients, and their portfolio companies.The west PE team in servicing PE funds and their portfolio companies are responsible for delivering all services including; assurance, tax, international tax, consulting, valuations, technology management services, transaction advisory services, financial advisory services, and risk advisory services. Since taking over the west region PE leadership role 7 years ago, PE revenue has increased over 450% in the west region. Lloyd also sits on the National Private Equity Leadership team for RSM US LLP.

During Lloyd's term as President, the chapter expanded, and helped position ACG Orange County as premier networking organization for c-level executives and service providers in Orange County. As Director for 9 years, Lloyd has chaired sponsorship committee, programs committee, and expanded the PE Wine Tasting event to be a national premiere M & A focused event in the country.

Lloyd helped create and develop RSM McGladreys first national business development program. He developed a strategic plan, hired the business developers and built out the bd progam for the firms 11 offices in the west.The west was the number one region in the country for new revenue growth for 4 straight years under Lloyd's leadership. Lloyd was also, the top individual revenue producer for RSM McGladrey in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.
