I implemented Agile methodologies within Enterprise Systems and Services in-line with Centrica overall process transformation of delivery operating models. In this role I led the supplier SAP migration team and covered the overall design, strategy, planning of the migration of multiple SAP applications from legacy DC hosting to a new hybrid cloud solution from conception through to final operational handover. I provided comprehensive technical guidance, optimised migration planning through parallelisation and support to colleagues and team members as part of establishing and driving a high performing and technically exceptional team to deliver complex system migrations. I established and embedded a technically viable migration and test strategy to underpin the successful migration of these applications and infrastructure thereby enabling minimal business or operational disruption across critical systems. I worked closely with senior C-level stakeholders and board members covering the migration, go-live and transition and incident resolution to effectively manage business priorities and messaging.I led and managed the SAP Migration programme which covered 30+ production applications, all associated non-production environments (~50), servers and appliances (600+) and applications (~50) in an aggressive timeline of under 12 months, to a hybrid cloud datacentre solution of on-premise IaaS Hosting, Oracle Exadata appliances and Azure Cloud IaaS, leading to 60% public cloud adoption.

I drove and delivered TCO savings across SAP landscape through optimisation and rationalisation of the SAP delivering TCO high annual savings.
