After leaving teaching and management after 12 years due to poor mental health, I have made it my mission to help organisations develop cultures that nurture and support everyone’s wellbeing. Becoming a MHFA instructor and working alongside Local Authorities in a mentoring and advisory capacity across all sectors has further ignited my desire to make a difference. Having experienced working in cultures detrimental to mental health and wellbeing, it is my mission to help develop cultures that positively impact wellbeing for all.
