In this position, I manage all meeting logistics, including schedules, hosting meetings, providing technical support, meeting minutes, mailing lists, the posting of meeting agendas and materials to board and committee calendars, and the timely preparation and distribution of agendas, and reading material for board and committee members.I also support Unified Planning Work Program work, Climate Resilience and Air Quality Program work, and the development of the Long-Range Transportation Plan by writing reports and conducting research and analysis to develop recommended plans, policies, and actions. I've learned about the intricacies of the transportation planning process, particularly with respect to Climate Resilience and Air Quality Program work through mentorship and training on various aspects of program work such as scoring Transportation Improvement Program projects, technical assistance, public engagement, performance measures, the Long-Range Transportation Plan, Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality requirements, among others.

I also keep the website updated with information on how to identify mercury products and safe handling and disposal of mercury products. I search for and update the recycling collection sites data to create accurate and easy to read information for users of the Residential Mercury Disposal GIS Map.
