To learn is to grow and to grow professionally is to create.Over the last few years I have combined the management of social, educational and publishing projects. I have felt comfortable in all three areas and I consider that all of them concomit for the proper functioning of social actions.For seven years I have been in charge of the direction of two enterprises, so I know well the institutional development, its demands and its rewards. I am used to working relations, travel, institutional compliance and event organization processes with all their requirements: legal issues related to organization, conditions of establishment, founding charters, codes of ethics, certifications, contact with the media, publications, presentation of thematic lines, congress and seminar management, et cetera, and I have woven a network of contacts that I put at the disposal of my work.My interest in neuroscience applied to education and a continuous work in techniques applied to the adaptation of texts for people with reading and writing problems linked to the University of Murcia, in addition to my collaboration with the Belgian Ministry of Education, have made me reaffirm my commitment to devote myself professionally to management and coordination projects in the field of organizational and human resources.
