In this role, I serve as the team's primary translator between us and the community of Puerto Peñasco, develop a marketing and promotional plan for the Diabetes Reduction Initiative in Peñasco’s efforts on diabetes wound care and prototype design for assistive walking devices for diabetic amputees, foster relationships with the Puerto Peñasco, Mexico community and local healthcare professionals, and conduct research and write grants.
