The Strong’s Women in Games initiative documents and celebrates the crucial contributions of women to the electronic games industry. Launched in 2017, the initiative builds on The Strong’s already extensive holdings of artifacts and archival records related to women in games. Through collecting and preserving the often-untold history of women in games; highlighting their contributions through exhibits and educational programs; and interpreting and providing context for women’s contributions, we seek to inspire young girls and women to confidently play games and confidently pursue careers in games and technology—all while working to encourage broader inclusivity in all aspects of gaming.

Serve as a member of the museum senior leadership team while spearheading a $74 million comprehensive campaign to fund a transformational museum expansion, the centerpiece of the all-new Neighborhood of Play! This means working across museum teams to develop programs, initiatives, and funding opportunities that will best serve The Strong's growing national audience and regional community, while building partnerships within the toy and video game industries, as well as regional supporters.
