ResponsibilitiesDirect management of the plant operations team constituted by Production, Maintenance and Engineering departments. In charge of 220 staff overall. Annual budget 15 million Euros. Responsible for the manufacturing facility´s continuous improvement plan for production, compliance with environmental goals, evaluation and process risk management.Restructuring of maintenance plan for the plant premises, reliability and performance of equipment with an impact of 30% on the profitability of operations on an overall budget value of 2 million Euros.

Directed, coordinated the works in field and implemented risks responses to ensure the business sale. Managed the project, construction, the operation of the new facilities and the desmantling of the old ones while keeping the stakeholders expectations.
