Once in place solving the content crisis that arrises as organisations transition to an omichannel personalised experience (4 channels & 5 personas = 20 content options that need to be created and managed.)While at SugarCRM I worked with sales leaders to refine their sales process that enabled them to navigate their own internal processes. At NetSuite I worked with some of the fasted growing companies and helped them scale their financials while expanding overseas and into new markets.
