I coordinated the Software Development team and the financial department. I am responsible for organizing server infrastructure (hardware, software, and equipment), recruiting employees, analyzing the RFP (Request For Proposal) and negotiating contracts with customers and business partners.Major accomplishment: I designed and implanted a software that organizes all governmental process from the Diadema city hall. Due to this project, Diadema city hall became the first at a national level to provide services 100% electronically.
