As Senior Manager on the Marketing Team at AAA Hoosier Motor Club, I oversaw, executed and engaged with a variety of marketing tactics and campaigns centered around our service lines of Membership, Travel, and Insurance.- Point person for creative design, content, and copywriting on various marketing campaigns for multichannel distribution, including Social Media, Email, Web, Radio, Direct Mail and Print- Oversee the production and content of AAA Hoosier Motor Club’s Crossroads Magazine, which is distributed to 250K households 6x a year.- Develop custom marketing campaigns for AAA preferred vendors, partners, and products utilizing our member marketing channels and opportunities- Serve as the local media spokesperson for AAA Hoosier Motor Club, representing the club as an expert on several topics, such as gas prices, traffic safety, and travel.- Create and distribute internal employee communications including but not limited to: Quarterly Newsletter, Upcoming Events, Annual Service Awards, etc.- Responsible for managing the relationships and deliverables associated with club partnerships and event sponsorships- Lead the production and marketing of major club events (ex: AAA Vacation Expo, AAA Day at the Indiana State Fair) including but not limited to: Developing event creative and marketing plans, securing vendors and/or sponsors, managing expense budgets, coordinating event logistics, internal and external communications, etc.

Led a team charged with overseeing the Promotions Department of each of their respective radio brands. Our department’s role within our organization uniquely placed us in a position to collaborate with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders on all projects. As the Promotions Director of Country 97.1 HANK FM, I played a key part in helping the station achieve new levels of success in ratings, recognition, and revenue and become a leader both in the local radio market, as well as the country radio industry. This included:- Working with the HANK FM Team to create, plan, & execute signature station events and programs. Examples include: - AAA Insurance Monumental Music Jam Concert - Pepsi HANKFESTFor each of these events I was responsible for overseeing all elements related to the event production & marketing - coordination with the venue, communication to talent, securing all necessary vendors, onsite schedules, layouts, logistics, managing the expense budget, developing the marketing plan, coordinating onsite staff, etc. Additionally I worked with my Sales Manager to create the sponsorship opportunities associated with the event, and insured that all clients received the deliverables they were promised both leading up to and onsite at the show. - Worked with my programming team to create & execute promotional campaigns that would help grow the station's brand within the community- Regularly contributed to the HANK FM Online presence by way of content blogs, and social media on the brand's behalf.- Worked with my sales manager & sales team to create solutions for clients (both by way of brainstorming ideas, and pricing them out), and saw that they were properly executed on the client's behalf.- Responsible for helping drive Non-Traditional Revenue on the station to hit budget goals while also managing expenses- Managed the HANK FM Promotional Calendar and communicated details regularly to all departments- Built & managed the HANK FM Promotions Budget

As the Promotions Coordinator for 97.1 HANK FM & 1070 The Fan my responsibilities included:- Supporting the Promotions Director by coordinating details for our staff working onsite station events- Overseeing the on-air & online contesting process for the station- Updating & Maintaining both internal & online promotional calendars for the stations.- Leading projects & programs for the stations or clients as assigned - Most notably during this time was a partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Indianapolis, the Indianapolis Colts, 97.1 HANK FM to build a home for a local deserving family. I coordinated not only the station's promotional involvement & listeners volunteers on this project, but also oversaw our presenting sponsor's needs and activations through the campaign.- Hiring, Training and Managing the Part-Time Promotions Team (15 - 20 People)

My first experience in the radio industry was as a Promotions Intern for HOT 96 (WSTO) in Evansville, IN. For 2 consecutive summers, I played an active role in the set up & execution of onsite events for the station, our partners, and clients.
