I have been working as a leader the last 5 years, developing myself as a customer-oriented leader in different industries as Educational, Distribution, Food and Beverages, Sales and Marketing and Internet SalesI worked at Amazon since 2019, I started as a Regular Associate, I was promoted to a seasonal position as Social Distancing PA during COVID-19, this position helped me to developed leadership, teamwork, safety and quality skills, directing me to apply for a regular PA (Team Lead) position. I have been PA in 4 different buildings IND8, MQJ1 (for its launch as a Quality PA, position that allowed me to get a lot of knowledge in the quality and problem solve field for cross dock buildings in both Inbound and Outbound departments), FWA4 (for its launch too as Quality PA as well), IND5 as ICQA PA where I improved my general knowledge about amazon working with inventory control and quality assurance and MQJ1 again as Transportation Associate in the logistics department where I learnt to drive hostlers with and without a trailer, audit trailers and check in and out trucks to and from the yard.
