Freestone International LLC is one of the founders of GNL Québec Inc., a Quebec Corporation,that has been formed to develop, finance, construct, own and operate, a liquefied natural gas (LNG) production facility to export up to 11 million tons per annum (MTPA) to international markets. The facility will be located in Saguenay, Quebec, Canada. My role entails providing legal and commercial advice across all aspects of this mega development, including hiring and managing specialist outside counsel.

Advisor to the President of ECRI. ECRI's sponsor members are many of the major Engineering and Construction companies in the world. Amongst other things, ECRI provides Risk Management training courses to its Sponsor Members' employees. In addition to my role as Executive Advisor, I am a member of ECRI's faculty for the Risk Management training courses which are conducted in the Americas, Europe, South Africa, Oceania, South West Asia and the Far East.

Worked across all Global Business Units during my career at Bechtel and negotiated major industrial and infrastructure contracts in all regions of the world. Most experience in Civil Infrastructure and Oil, Gas & Chemicals. Elected a Principal Vice President in 1998. Retired in January 2008.
