• Prepare payroll services, monthly, quarterly reports and bookkeeping services through QuickBooks and MS Excel for over 60 companies• Provide annual federal and state tax returns for both individuals and businesses using Intuit Pro-Series and TaxAct• Provide detailed tax documentation needed to submit accurate corporate returns• Perform various translation and interpretation duties from Vietnamese into English, including legal documents, identification, birth and marriage certificates

• Act as the point of contact for all incoming co-counsel request• Correspond daily with clients, insurance adjusters, doctors, and attorneys• Train new employees on office equipment and job duties
