• Perform various translation and interpretation duties from Vietnamese into English, including legal documents, identification, birth and marriage certificates

• Act as the point of contact for all incoming co-counsel request
• Correspond daily with clients, insurance adjusters, doctors, and attorneys
• Train new employees on office equipment and job duties
