Lead Instructional Designer
Current• Using the ADDIE model, support the design, development, and delivery of instructional materials, and instructor-led, webinar, and web-based training. Develop interactive e-learning, using the Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Captivate, based on learner need analysis. Create Quick Reference Cards (QRCs), infographics, and work flow diagrams for senior management. Create graphical data images for the monthly contract Project Management Report (PMR).• Manage projects by analyzing needs and product requirements, by meeting with the product stakeholders and development teams for five distinct applications, then establishing deliverable production schedules and deadlines based on application release dates. Coordinate multiple team members’ content and graphics development.• Mentor peers on best practices in instructional design by providing peer reviews of their deliverables which detail adjustments they can make to improve the learner’s retention of the content. Conduct quality reviews.• Serve as team’s Jira coach by conducting group and one-on-one workflow and best practices training, developing job aids, and designing various filters, dashboards, and Kanban boards to support the needs of the team. The filters and dashboards are used by management to track the team’s workload by each individual team member. • Developed an evaluation rating system which allows the Government Leads to provide work quality and contractor performance assessment directly on Jira task tickets. The system includes a Jira dashboard which displays a summary of the evaluation results. The rating system benefits the team by eliminating the redundancies of the previous evaluation method, provides transparency in the assessment process, and provides immediate feedback to the contractors.
