- Facilitated the installation and maintenance of over 1600 devices across the Fremont, Reno, Austin, and Berlin factories to track material flow. Additionally, deployed passive scanning systems to over 60 lineside locations at the Fremont factory to automatically transact cars into station and track cycle time. - Owned the uptime of these scanning systems by helping area leads troubleshoot errors and personally bringing up the scanning systems if needed. - Designed and validated the gantry system at dock doors through Solidworks and staging prototypes. - Improved daily average device health from below 70% to above 90% through an intensive RCA project that resulted in a hardware redesign and a routine maintenance strategy.- Wrote and implemented a script that pulled camera data, classified devices as healthy or unhealthy, then sent batch reboot commands through Microsoft Intune and Airwatch. This script would also attempt to classify failure modes from image json payloads and reboot status, then log hardware failures into an excel sheet for the team to fix during routine maintenance.- Wrote SQL and Splunk queries to power dashboards, presenting clear visualizations of camera health, scan rates, and other metrics.- Wrote and maintained many SOPs for routine technician tasks such as provisioning devices, remotely rebooting devices, and writing database queries. - Supported hardware and software deployments by documenting deployment and rollback plans, filing deployment requests, and validating logs in Intune, Splunk, Bugsnag, and Sentry.
