I have been a Training Manager for more than several years. I worked in numerous companies and institutions. My experience includes teaching at different levels including the private sector. My main skills are related to teaching, training management, motivation, and strategic planning. I have a B.Ed. (bachelor of education) and a MA diploma in management and leadership. I´ve finished many courses I have taken various of courses to become more proficient in this field. I would like to use this platform to get more experience in my field, both through connection and learning.I have developed, taught, and manage dozens of seminars and been in charge of organizing many of them. I have reviewed the training needs of specific groups and designed workshops accordingly.
