* Set up Finance department in Hong Kong office* Implementation of NEW accounting system - SAP and system enhancement* In charge of system migration form SAP to Workday* Full set of accounting, monitor day to day cash flow and capital forecast * Prepare month-end closing, interim and annual audit* Prepare consolidated APAC management reporting and financial analysis* Prepare consolidated APAC budget, forecasts review and analyse variances* Start up profit cost centers accounting and continue to modify and automate the methodology according to the business request* Strong at profit cost centers accounting, monitor financial KPIs * In charge of the monthly Financial Return (FRR) to the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), annual statutory accounts and corporate tax return preparation* Individual and Profits tax calculations and tax planning * Supervise payment, reimbursement, inter-company recharge, daily FRR, payroll, MPF and tax return * Communicate closely with local and regional finance teams, company secretarial, risk management, external auditors, tax advisers, legal advisers, regulatory authorities, colleague from the headquarter and other offices* Heavily involved in the WFOE setup in China (Shanghai); give advice on the legal and capital structure, build up the control framework for the entity. Maintain day to day financial operations of the Shanghai office* Assist in ad-hoc projects and reports** Awarded "IMC Awesome Prize" in 2013
