• Set up and maintain good relationship with carriers and co-loader to procure good freight rate• Set up in-good-order freight & sailing schedule database to be ready for usage of Sales team• Update company profile regularly, writing service proposals, and marketing presentation to provide for customers as and when requested• Verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues• Assist operation team to handle any nominated air or sea shipment.

• Resolve any issues related to freight and charges between customers and overseas agents. • Ensure freight charges are properly inputted into the system within the time line. • Work closely with finance team for the accuracy of sea freight and other charges invoices• Send debit notes or payment request to customers.• Advice to other teams in company for any issues related to freight• Support outside sales about in terms of quotation, pricing preparation, debit note, demurrage or detention free-time… (if any)

• Prepare sea cargo manifest accurately & timely to submit customs before vessel arrive VietNam• Ensure document correctly prior release to customers. • Billing to customers & coordinating with Account Dept. in issuing invoice. • Keep in touch customers, terminals and overseas agents to resolve any related shipping issues. • Fill and record documents after cargo delivery.

• Total up data in system• Report about lifting and market shares to trade manager.• Analyze data in order to support sales team in seeking market or customer. • Support to Customer services team in researching in freight system and resolving if having any discrepancy between system and contract• Manage any admin works in team.
