- Manage the book recording and document circulation process of departments and accounting operations, to ensure that accounting records accurately reflect the transactions that arise such as: payment accounting, account receivable, account payable, tax accounting, issue e-invoice, inventory delivery cum internal transport voucher…- Manager and make the report related to cost, revenue for import, export truck, spare part from/to other country monthly.- Monitor and checking for recording general fixed assets and fixed assets for rental.- Monitor and checking for recording inventory and reconcile with the warehouse department to finalize inventory movement report monthly.- Record entries for depreciation, allocation, salary and deductions based on salary at the end of the period.- Cooperate with other department to resolve issues immediately related to invoice, debtor, payment, and support to keep operation running smoothly.- Review and submit VAT declaration, PIT declaration, FCT, SHUI monthly.- Review all GL Account related to cost, revenue, expense, balance sheet end of month and finalize Trading Result Monthly.- Make the forecast for cash flow (payment to vendor, collect debtor, loan with bank or other related parties…), revenue, cost, expense. - Work with ANZ Bank for any matter related to operation as change payment processing, oversea payment, change in Vietnam policy…- Report to the State Bank of Vietnam for foreign loans or deferred payment purchases are considered loans monthly.- Work with Long An Bureau and Customs departments for matters related to operation.- Person in charge for Finance Statement with Audit Deloitte yearly.

- Ensure all operation activities of company is reflected accuracy and timely closed.- Organize and manage accounting division.- Establishing new ERP Module for Subsidiary, accounting system, voucher system, process and software.- Establish, use and manage electronic invoices.- Monitor procedure and process of accounting division to comply with company’s policy.- Manage cash flow, bank money and related transactions.- Managing depreciation of fixed assets and allocating expenses.- Manage the recognition of sales revenue, financial revenue, accounts receivable. accounts payable, cost of goods and operating expenses.- Prepare the financial statements, tax reports accurately and in a timely manner.- Cooperate directly with banks, tax bureau during operation, making tax reports, paying tax periodically.- Cooperate directly with customers and suppliers on debt collection and payment.- Prepare internal management reports weekly, monthly and yearly.- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director and Direct Manager.- Cooperate with external audit for the auditing of year-end financial statement.- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual finance statement comply to Vietnam regulation of Tax Bureau.

- Prepare, monitor and forecasting annual financial plans (revenue, cost) according to the company's strategy.- Accounting of detailed, general accounting entries on recognition revenue of each product/ service in ERP, payment of customers, receivable debts and recordkeeping.- Do the report as at end of the month, quarter and year end for comparing to planning and submit to Board of Management for any delay payment of customers and contact with customer for chasing the debtor.- Assessing the exchange rate differences at the end of the period for debts denominated in foreign currencies.- Issue e – invoice to customer for all products, services of Long Hau.- Support calculating the cost of clean water and bottled drink water for two factories.- Communicate and interact with external auditor during the course of audit and annual report finalization.- Prepare internal management reports weekly, monthly and yearly.- Perform other duties as assigned by Chief Accountant and CFO.- Cooperate to prepare annual financial statement.
