• Establish & enforce change management process for 13 countries span across multiple applications & systems such as SAP/ECC, BW, ESSBASE, Promax, and Sabrix which includes but not limited to the below areas.
  Scope.
• Design all Change Request, User Acceptance Test, Implementation Request templates.
  
• Deployed ServiceNow – best practices for IT service management.
  
• Report and track all change requests for senior management on a weekly basis.
  
• Create monthly reports for Change Management Key Measures and Metrics.
  

Serve as Lead for the SAP Corporate Portal across architecture, integration, implementation, and administration for 17,000 end-users of $8B+ nano-manufacturing technology, following success as Technical Lead for the Business Transformation project implementing the SAP Corporate Portal. Ensure superior availability, security, and alignment with business.
