Key contributor in a large scale SAP implementation for 13 countries at Clorox. Maintain best practices and improve operational efficiencies . Established formal Change Management process to ensure a managed and orderly method by which such changes are requested, approved, tested and communicated prior to implementation.

Key accomplishments:
•Establish & enforce change management process for 13 countries span across multiple applications & systems such as SAP/ECC, BW, ESSBASE, Promax, and Sabrix which includes but not limited to the below areas.
Scope of Policy – To detail the types of change and systems for which the policy is applicable.
Authorization and approval – To detail the required system and application owner before its implementation in production. Identity any applicable exemptions and document the exceptional approval process.
Testing requirements - All changes must be tested and approved by the application/system owner before migration into the production.

•Design all Change Request, User Acceptance Test, Implementation Request templates.
•Deployed ServiceNow – best practices for IT service management.
•Report and track all change requests for senior management on a weekly basis.
•Create monthly reports for Change Management Key Measures and Metrics.
•Conduct post-implementation reviews and initiate corrective actions as necessary to improve the process based on reviews.
•Participates in scheduled Internal and External Audits for Change Management.
•Identifies unauthorized changes, receives and reviews management responses.
•Successfully manage and enforce change management process across project and production support environment.
•Control and manage the SAP transport management process and policy to ensure that all project and production systems are in sync at all times.

Serve as Lead for the SAP Corporate Portal across architecture, integration, implementation, and administration for 17,000 end-users of $8B+ nano-manufacturing technology, following success as Technical Lead for the Business Transformation project implementing the SAP Corporate Portal. Ensure superior availability, security, and alignment with business requirements.
