Responsible to run a programs that can help the Pharmaceutical companies to introduce, improve their products profiles and phases and includes managing and adapting the UCP activates and tactics to the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the Company marketing department, to deliver winning products, and ensuring that the marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.coordinating the activities of a sales team in order to build a healthy and profitable relation with pharmaceuticals companies and U.C.Passigning members of the team to the company’s accountsdevising new and original strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targetssetting weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets for the Sales Executives, making sure these targets are realistic and achievabledefining and implementing sales policies and procedures;Researching and identifying sales opportunitiesDeveloping, maintaining, and improving relationships with pharmaceuticals companies to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.Meeting with companies’ sales and marketing managers to ensure that business objectives are being properly executed and are on schedule.Overseeing the recruitment and training processes of new staff membersKeeping up-to-date on current market changes and trends to be able to come up with new and original sales strategies
