Achievements:- Launched 1000+ scholarships through (asac.ltuc.com) worth of $7MM+ since inception with an 85% employment rate- Led the COVID-19 response plan and full digitization of academic and operational activities - Led business development activities and partnerships with Queen Rania Foundation, Al Ghurair Foundation, Code Fellows, UNICEF, Expedia, MIT Solve and Amazon- Designed the organizational structure, executed the hiring process, established and managing a team of 90+- Led the feasibility of expansion of ASAC in Tunis & Gaza

-In charge of managing the innovation process within Luminus Group (1000+ employees) by identifying strategies and business opportunities in EdTech & TVET to develop new products and projects- Attracted funding worth over $6 Million from Al Ghurair Foundation, UNICEF, Western Union, One Foundation, Orange- Built strategic partnerships with entities such as MIT, Chobani Foundation, Radicliff Foundation, IKEA Foundation, Nextfab, Fab Foundation &, Queen Rania Foundation

Achievements:- Co-established the leading manufacturing & hardware business incubator in North of Jordan (Luminus Shamal Start) that has 100 startups incubated, 300+ jobs created, $1.5 million of grant funding provided since late 2016 and now in scale phase- Directed Fab Lab Irbid to become the leading Fab Lab in Jordan, created revenue streams and programs to contribute to the sustainability and co-established the Fab Lab Arab Network.- Supported a portfolio of over 50 companies in prototyping and digital fabrication, and assessed and analyzed over 2000 potential investments- Screening, analyzing, structuring, negotiating and implementing investment transactions for and on behalf of portfolio startups- Participated in raising 9 million euros of funding from the EU and Luminus Education In Oct 2019 I handed over my duties tot the management of Luminus Shamal Start focusing on the establishment of Abul Aziz AL Ghurair School of Advanced Technology while still supporting the Fab Lab in Business Development.

As well asfacilitating the development of another 5 innovation centers in Turkey and Syria.• Participated in raising $8Million for the fabrication labs and their activities• Founded 3Dmena Social Innovation, a Jordanian non-profit, a partner of Refugee Open Ware(ROW) and the lead implementing partner in the MENA region. ROW is a global humanitarianinnovation consortium comprising academic institutions, NGOs, companies and public sectoragencies.• Raised $650,000, from philanthropists, USAID, Zain, Oasis500, Ultimaker, King Hussein Business Park and others• Built and managed global team of 20: based in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, Africa and AsiaBackground:• 3Dmena specialized in building fabrication laboratories (“FabLabs”) and operate them as training centers and hardware business incubators, intended to address not only the challenges in the world today, but also to prepare the region starting from Jordan for a rapidly changing job market shaped by emerging technology. Since inception, 3Dmena advocated for 3D printing technology adoption in Jordan and introduced the concept of Fab Labs to Jordan In partnership and support from NextFab, Luminus Group & Fab Foundation.• In May 2017 3Dmena team and assets merged under Luminus Education focusing on the sustainability of Shamal Start project.
