Influenced by my learned Teachers, Peers, Travels, and my personal journey of overcoming a life-long ailment I have found Yoga to be my calling. I was trained in Mysuru the home of Yoga in India and acquired in-depth knowledge of advanced postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of Yoga. I look to Yoga as a lifestyle choice, a powerful energy that liberates one to find oneness and fullness with themselves. I am motivated and committed to empower my students to enhance function, healing and well-being while integrating the ancient wisdom of Yoga practice and philosophy with current health sciences of mind and body. I am versatile and possess skills to adapt the practice on-demand, based on the abilities or injuries of my students.
