I am an Ed.S. candidate and practicum student in the School Psychology graduate program at Seattle University, with an expected graduation date of June 2026. I currently work as a Behavioral Health Technician at Crescent Behavior Consulting, PLLC, centering client autonomy through an assent-based approach to behavior analysis.My prior work experiences are concentrated in educational policy, expanding educational access and opportunities, and providing nontraditional educational experiences for neurodivergent, disabled, and other marginalized youth.I believe in breaking down barriers and elevating equity in educational spaces, so all youth can experience learning according to their own needs. My personal and professional passions lie in creating opportunities and expanding access to mental healthcare and education. My work with youth embraces diversity and intersectionality to directly address systemic limitations and barriers adversely impacting them. As an educator and youth mental health professional-in-training, this philosophy and approach carries through all aspects of my work and life.
