Liaise with officers of the Australian Government Solicitor and Counsel and attend court proceedings as required. • Represent the AER and ACCC, and maintain relationships with industry, State and Commonwealth governments and agencies, consumer groups and other related agencies.• Supervise others, work flexibly as part of a team and independently to meet area and project objectives. • Identify, recommend and implement projects.
