I graduated from Huntley High School in 2020 and am currently attending McHenry County College to pursue a career in Sales and Marketing. After High School I worked in retail for 3 years managing 2 small general goods stores. While working for the general goods store, with my employer, I was given the opportunity to open a second store doing the following:*Located a suitable store front.*Negotiated rent with the landlord.*Remodeled interior shell of the store.*Sourced, purchased, and installed all display cabinets and cases for merchandise.*Analyzed local market to determine high margin / high velocity products.*Created and implemented effective advertising such as posting on social media and monthly raffles to maximize foot traffic.*Site still in operationI am currently employed at cellular sales as a sales consultant.
