Growing up as a middle child in an extremely busy household, I learned to develop numerous skills such as empathy, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. In most cases both my older and younger siblings lived in the spotlight. This is where I learned my role becoming someone who is self dependent with strong interpersonal skills.These experiences throughout my life courtesy of my amazing family and friends have shaped me into the person I am today, creating a strong desire to work in the field of Human Resources. I strive to create an environment where there is a strong sense of inclusivity, and use my skills in conflict resolution through my personal experiences. With my strong leadership skills, I challenge myself every day to set an example for those around me always leading by example, along with creating an environment where those around feel comfortable communicating with myself, as it is needed to be a strong Human Resources Professional. My background provides me with a unique perspective, enabling me to address challenges with a nuanced approach. Embracing my identity has not only shaped my personal growth, but helped shape myself on my way to my professional journey. Through all my life challenges, it has made me the person I am today, someone who is able to communicate at the highest levels striving to build relationships, and most importantly a person who can be trusted. My work ethic and dependability is what separates myself from others. As someone who grew up in the middle child “shadow” I would not change it for the world, as the strengths, skills, and knowledge I have possessed make myself a valuable asset to anyone within the field of Human Resources.
