I worked pursuantly to create a product with strong quality that would impress a customer using specialized tools and operating instructions. Within my role as co-director of ShreveHart Racing, I am tasked with effectively managing a team of people while meeting each need of the project mechanically, mathematically, or creatively. This includes the responsibility of handling a growing budget and allocating resources where necessary to successfully build and finish two custom go-karts capable of running a 160 lap race along with with 32 other teams. Fulfilling my role has tasked me with talking to sponsors to secure funding as well as communicating with a plethora of parts and service suppliers to obtain necessary parts within the set time frame.

As Lead Technician I was tasked with fulfilling each need within the repair process. My responsibilities consisted of receiving product in bulk, project system implementation, technology repair, quality control, as well as packaging and shipping. Within each role I could successfully troubleshoot unforeseen issues, manage time sensitive projects, write detailed repair processes, and communicate team needs when necessary. Working with small technology while managing large projects requires precision and attention to detail. Along with maintaining customer satisfaction, it is necessary for adherence to an efficient outlook of the project as a whole.
