I help handle incoming leads from customers inquiring about vehicles, and set up a date and time for them to come into the dealership. I move them along the sale process over the phone, through email and text. All incoming sales calls are routed to the internet team and myself. I help in service grabbing customers out of service converting them into sales.

I operate out of our service department with customers on getting their vehicles appreised to buy for the dealership to help improve our used car inventory. I aslo work as do customer retention by calling customers that can keep their payment about the same and move into a newer vehicle. I make anywhere from abou 15-25 outbound phone calls daily.

I am a sales consultant that handles part of the interent traffic that comes into the dealership. I help the customer with the vehicle they are looking at, and I set up a date and time that they can come in. I also provide customer service with a sales twist to it.
