I graduated from BYU-Idaho in December 2022 with a degree in Business Analytics, armed with a profound passion for Microsoft Excel and an insatiable curiosity for learning. My ambition is clear: to become a revered Excel virtuoso, recognized for pioneering innovative applications.Among my numerous projects, the Stock Analysis tool stands out—a sophisticated creation leveraging Excel's Data Types to monitor stocks and ETFs, equipped to alert users through emails and texts based on predefined price thresholds. This project embodies my philosophy of transforming Excel from a mere data analysis tool into a dynamic financial monitoring system.The realm of programming has presented itself as my most formidable challenge yet. Despite the ease I find in Excel, programming languages were a different beast altogether. However, through perseverance, countless YouTube tutorials, and hands-on practice, I have been steadily demystifying this complex skill set, intent on integrating these programming capabilities to elevate my analytical and Excel prowess.My motivation to pursue continuous learning and embrace the unknown was significantly influenced by my college professors. Their relentless pursuit of knowledge and willingness to admit their limits taught me that admitting ignorance is the first step towards learning and gaining respect.Looking ahead, my aspirations extend into the realm of statistics and artificial intelligence.
