I work as a director to organize and manage events centered around helping and supporting children of fallen servicemembers and first responders by teaching them leadership and character through Scuba diving and swift water activities. I have developed my communication and listening skills in this time as well as my ability to manage groups and present information to different sizes of groups.I manage 5-7 team leaders who run teams of 4-5 participants and I am in charge of making sure everything stays on schedule, I resolve any and all conflicts that arise whether they are other people's interpersonal problems or logistical issues.
