I am an attorney at the O'Toole Law Firm of Plentywood and Scobey, Montana, as well as the Daniels County Attorney. I am licensed to practice law in both Montana and North Dakota.I am a graduate of both Montana State University and the University of Montana, having completed my undergraduate studies at the former and my law degree at the latter. I completed my undergraduate degree in three years and received highest honors for my academic achievements. During undergrad, I started and led the Hunters Association at Montana State University and the Students for Concealed Carry at MSU. I also started a roofing and construction contracting business during undergrad, and began an ongoing business model for hops production in the northeast corner of the state. I continued to refine my leadership skills and pursue excellence in law school, while making a conscious effort to engage with my community and make lifelong friends along the way.My true loves are my wife and the outdoors. I love to hunt, trap, fish, canoe, and camp. I also enjoy competitive shooting, cooking, reading, creating music, and woodworking.
