Overall day to day turnkey door installation, commercial site management, finish trim, and accessories management. We install both sides of unit interior and hollow metal interior/exterior. I work with general contractors, subcontractors, and our in house employees to assure deadlines are met and provide quality control and on site assistance.I have ran anywhere up to 5 projects at a time ranging from 50 to 400+ units each. I've worked in luxury apartments, multi family, assisted living, memory care units, low income, and a wide variety of others. My management skills have really grown in my years with this company. I am prompt on solution solving, communciation, daily updates, labor management, inventorying stock, and correct order issues if they arise. Managing multiple subs, third party contractors, and my own self at multiple sites at once. My skills and knowledge have also grown with our hollow metal sector. Im competent in all hardware/devices, egress codes. competent on install of devices. ie; metal frames, panics, closures, commercial handles, thresholds, sweeps, astragals, glass installiton, automatic openers, electrified strikes and panics, and much more. Everyday and every project is a new challenge and I realize this going in to each one. I take take a positive and calm response to all issues. Im able to walk into projects half way through and navigate it back to where it needs to be and done so numerous times.

Residential and Multi Family finish work. I consider this where my skills were learned and flourished. We had the most skilled carpenters working for us in central Virginia besides Union work, and even then I still believe the guys that helped me learn are among the best finish carpenters I know to date. I worked my way up from just nailing baseboard to being a Lead in these years. I was taught proper techniques, codes, responsibility, how to work with multiple people, and extreme punctuality. My expertises and precision really shine with crown molding, solution solving for irregular spaces, setting doors with precision and speed, and wainscotting. I also built stair railing, installed pre fab rail systems, and built garage stairs from concrete to entry doors sometimes with ramps.
