I have been an Entrepreneur my entire life. I ran my own company for over a decade in Beverly Hills Ca. We made custom leather goods for Hollywood's, Rock and country music's elite. Currently I am doing commercial and residential interior and exterior remodels. I recently designed and built a first-class marina in Sebastian Fl. I learn quickly I make thoughtful decisions and act with decisiveness. I am a team player but function solo very well. I manage design handle the work of many and do best with alot of responsibility. I am driven by producing results ascetically, functionally and the most important financially. My father was a prominent developer building AAA multi-family in Florida Texas and North Carolina for 50 years , He also developed L' Ermatage in Palm Beach On the intercostal.I mention that only to say I have been around development from the sticks and bricks of it to the marketing and lease up of projects my whole life.
