Currently, I work as an ArcGIS Enterprise Release Engineer where I collaborate with various product teams to gather release requirements for new and existing products and assist with quality assurance testing before delivery of products to end-users.In May of 2018, I completed a Master of Science in Geography with a concentration in Medical Geography. Additionally, in May of 2016, I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a concentration in Geospatial and Environmental Analysis from Virginia Tech. My graduate research focused on the future spatial distribution of Lyme disease risk in the southeastern United States based on projected land cover. I completed the spatial analysis using a Geographic Information System (GIS), specifically, ArcGIS Desktop and FRAGSTATS. The results of this research were published to Geospatial Health journal (https://doi.org/10.4081/gh.2019.751).Later in 2018, I began my career at Esri as an ArcGIS Analyst. Some responsibilities included troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Mobile Apps, and ArcGIS Enterprise with end users. In October of 2019, I moved to the ArcGIS Enterprise unit which focuses primarily on troubleshooting issues related to enterprise GIS installations and on-premise WebGIS.
