I have been traveling the United States working with numerous companies to help better manage their warehouses and hire/train employees. I have spent 5 of the last 6.5 years on the road helping companies such as XPO, Whirlpool, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Mattress firm, Retail Direct, UST, Cardinal Logistics, BOB’s discount furniture, to name a few. I Have been asked to do start ups, and help give IT insight on what to improve and integrate into their WMS systems. I did not specialize with one client, which help me grow my knowledge fast on all aspects of the industry. I went to were the company needed, sometimes with 12-hour notice and for often weeks, months at a time. My coworkers and employees have described me as very hard working, self driven, fast learning, team oriented, passionate, always knows what to do, works excellent independently, time management skill superb, great teacher/patient with new hires, great with WMS systems, forklift certified through previous company.
