As Divisional Vice President (DVP) of Member Communications, Division 2, Logan served on MDRT's Management Council, the organization's governing body. He oversaw three committees representing different regions around the world, including Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong / Macau, Taiwan, South Asia (incl. India, Sri Lanka) and South East Asia (incl. Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam - comprising in excess of 30,000 MDRT members.
